    Welcoming Ourselves Back Home

This workshop will provide an opportunity to safely explore birth trauma and begin to find ways of healing and integrating it.
    We will be focussing on:-
    Resources
    Mindfulness
    The Process of Grieving
    Self Calming Strategies
    Small Group Work
Tapas Acupressure Technique (a form of gentle healing which works with the energy body)

We are asking each participant to bring to the workshop something which connects you to wellbeing and perhaps makes you smile. This may be a
    crystal, a photo, a short poem, a scarf…..anything.

    THE FACILITATORS
